The company is in the financial services sector and is leading the charge in AI-driven Fin-Tech focusing on Diversity and Inclusion! The ideal candidate and executive will be responsible for managing the preparation of the companies SEC filings, including 10-ks, 10-Qs & 8ks, and will report to the Chief Accounting Officer
The ideal candidate must have a public/private background, be experienced with SEC, GAAP, and SOX404 requirements, and ideally have a CPA.
