We are professionals that strategize, execute, and manage client campaigns from conception to creative to execution and ongoing analysis.We are looking for a client-facing Director of Paid Social who will report directly to the CSO and Head of Client Success. The Director of Paid Social is responsible for leading a team of Paid Social managers specifically for our enterprise level clients or group of brands. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and management of paid social strategy and campaigns across assigned brands/clients. They will work closely with the media and platform activation teams to maintain campaign quality, and drive performance against client goals.Although we are a team of 400+, this department is a newer one and will receive extra support and resources to establish itself and grow. The Director of Paid Social will have the chance to make a significant impact at the agency and own the department as a whole. Job DescriptionPlan innovative paid social media programs for brand and series marketing with the digital marketing team to ensure development and execution align with overall campaign objectivesBuild strongrelationships with client counterparts and manage day-to-day relationships including strategic oversight and overall problem solving/troubleshootingOversee a team handling execution, including building campaigns, setting up ads, campaign pacing, tagging, tracking, and QAPartner with publishers on best practices and testing new products features and analytics toolsExecute and optimize paid social campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit) including audience planning, retargeting, sequential messaging, reach and frequency and A/B tacticsRecommend creative executions using new and best performing ad productsWork with the insights and analysis and programmatic teams to measure and attribute campaign success with business KPIsPrepare post-campaign analysis for and present to cross-functional teams and directorsDevelop briefs for platform partners and manage RFP processAd hoc reportingQualificationsMust have 2+ years paid social experience working with budgets over $500K per month for enterprise brands.
