Aon: Survey Consultant

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Radford Survey group in our Aon Rewards Solutions practice based in California.

As a Survey Consultant, you will report directly to the Associate Partner.

Job Responsibilities: Review client survey input to identify questionable data.

Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing extensively with clients to resolve survey input issues.

Respond to client requests for survey data and interpretation.

Develop and maintain positive customer relations through regular and proactive communications.

Recognize, understand and translate client questions, comments and requests into potential opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting assignments.

Conduct client training webinars.

Assist in the production of survey reports and review, design and modification of reports for client use.

Share experiences, knowledge and skills with other employees.

Complete additional projects independently or as part of a group/team/taskforce.

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience: 4+ years of human resources or other related industry experience.

Ability to work independently in a survey operations role and to interact with various internal and external constituents.

Must be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize large volumes of data.

Attention to detail is essential.

Organization skills, detail oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a team.

Must be computer proficient and able to represent Aon and Radford with clients in the US and across the world.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and Word.

Processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skills also required.

Preferred Experience: Work experience in surveys and/or compensation design.

Prior experience in positions requiring strong customer service skills preferred.

Prior high-tech sales compensation experience is desirable Completion of some World at Work courses a plus.

PowerPoint and Access experience a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $100,000 annually.

This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
