As Manager, Marketing Data & Analytics you will be responsible for measuring and tracking integrated marketing campaigns while collaborating with the business and sales teams, creative, content, owned media, data and technology teams.

You will also be working with several agencies to measure and execute.

Here are some of the ways in which you’ll achieve impact: Create and execute a strategy to measure integrated marketing campaigns in alignment with the business strategy Create and build-out dashboards to track and report campaign KPIs (traffic, spend, conversions, CPA, CAC, ROAS, etc).

Recommend campaign iterations aligned with business goals and recommend media mix and budget distributions Research and identify ways to build our brand and acquire new customers Assess consumer’s behaviors, attribution, and personas to build campaign strategies Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data Recommend website and campaign optimizations Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects Work closely with the data science and technology team to enhance the proprietary marketing and ad buying capabilities Innovatively lead the initiatives to improve way of working, processes, tools, and efficiency Embed innovation in the way campaign strategy is defined and challenge the status quo Embed the learn and iterative approach in the campaign’s execution You may be fit for this role if you: Have minimum of 5 years of experience from similar roles or agency experience Expert working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel, SQL, API, BI tools Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, pixels, Sitecore (or similar CMS), Jira, Hubspot Experience and knowledge of online and offline marketing channels (digital, social, OLV, audio, print, direct mail, etc) and how they work together as integrated campaigns Experience in analyzing campaigns’ performance, assessing trends and insights to optimize campaigns and capabilities Eager to be part of an innovative organization, take up new challenges and new way of doing things Can work with our data/tech teams in a variety of innovative ways Have worked in collaborative teams and juggle through priorities in an agile environment Ability to work effectively across different teams, departments and third party Have a higher education within Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics or related Organized and result-driven Data driven, analytical, customer centric mindset Constantly eager to test, learn and adapt Team player with excellent communication skills Are based in New York City
– this is a hybrid role that is required to be in our Manhattan office as needed weekly.

It’s not expected that any single candidate would have expertise across all of these areas.
