This person will also work closely with our Competitive Intelligence (CI) team.What are the responsibilities?

Sharing information on why we win to those with scheduled ‘look alike’ appointments with competitive takeaways Acts as a Sales advocate by balancing sales’ needs while managing reasonable expectations from an operations perspective.

Includes setting the direction and prioritizing the training Sales Leadership and Associates on products and processes.

Participates in senior management decision-making process, as required, concerning sales issues and procedures.

Drives process improvement, integration and alignment across the sales organization.

Consults with other Department Managers on best practices and standard operating procedures.

Leads by example; coaching, promoting, encouraging and mentoring the sales organization towards high performance.

Serves as an escalation point for the resolution of process and/or system issues.What qualifications are required?

Education : BA/BS degree, advanced degree desirable Experience : 8 years’ direct sales and sales mgmt experience, with 3 years being in MAS Excellent oral and communication and presentation skillsAt ADP we are driven by your success.
