Job Description:About the Role We are looking for an experienced, data-minded product lead to spearhead our Personalized Shopping efforts.
You will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for teams to translate the raw insights we have about consumer shopping behavior to create a highly engaging ecommerce experience.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience building recommendation systems at scale and a strong understanding for when to deploy rapid iterations on rules-based approaches vs.
investing in more intensive machine learning models.
