Seeking a Director of Sales for a startup Medical Company!

In this role, you will be working closely with the executive team to discover enterprise partnerships with providers to offer Client’s product offering. To succeed in this role, you bring experience across all areas of business development including closing enterprise-level deals in various medical-related verticals. You are incredibly business-savvy and can visualize the future of healthcare and how it is transforming before our eyes.
As the Director of Sales, you will be a critical leader in driving a high-performance and meaningful sales team. You will be a key partner in refining our laboratory’s business processes and building out our sales operations. This is a unique opportunity to pave the way for new business ventures and have a direct impact in achieving patient-centric healthcare across the country. You will develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base. Discover new strategic partnerships for Client to leverage it’s infrastructure. You will onboard, mentor, and develop a growing sales team with a focus on customer service and strong sales performance. Define and track KPIs for the sales team Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts. Partner with sales and cross-functional leaders to drive business for social impact goals within your region or business segment .
Qualify, structure, negotiate, close, and manage strategic relationships that will drive platform adoption, revenue, and customer acquisition. Expand relationships with existing key customers by uncovering expansion opportunities, developing and driving go-to-market strategies. Pursue C-suite level executives in order to close enterprise medical partnerships by leveraging Client’s infrastructure. Develop relationships with other medical entities for collaboration and utilization of our infrastructure stack to hit larger goals. Work closely with cross-functional departments within company to offer the best value propositions to potential clients.
What You’ll Bring:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years of managing a sales team in the healthcare field.
• 3+ years of CRM experience (Hubspot currently utilized) building out new sequences and campaigns.
• C-suite sales experience with top-level presentation skills in order to impress potential business clients, preferred.
• A strong customer service orientation and solutions-oriented approach to all tasks.
• Solid analytical skills and are data-driven.
