About This Role: Director of Revenue Operations As a Director of Revenue Operations, you will report to the SVP of Revenue and partner closely with key stakeholders from Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product to lay the foundation for scale and long-term growth.

As the head of this department, you will support all Revenue team needs as it pertains to GTM strategy, performance management, technology, and general operations.

You will sit at the intersection of operations, analytics, finance, people, and go-to-market, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and solve strategic and operational business problems.

Skills: GTM Strategy, Business Development, Financial Forecasting, Full Funnell Insights, Sales Process & Enablement, Cross Functional Team Leadership, Coaching/Mentoring/Development, Pipeline & Quota, Pricing Optimization, Tech Stack Management, Project & Program Management, Compensation Strategies What Your Department will be Responsible for: Strategy Lead Revenue forecasting and update leadership on a recurring basis High-Level Revenue Planning including monthly business reviews that illustrate strengths, areas of opportunity, and lessons learned Coordinate Territory Planning across teams in an efficient manner that optimizes our resource allocation Identify and execute strategies for account expansion to improve net revenue retention Performance Spearhead compensation plan design to incentivize target performance Identify and track all KPIs and Sales Metrics Develop our core Sales Methodology through workflows and process Enhance the structure and measure the efficiency of our sales funnels Technology ( SFDC and anything connected to it as well as underlying data) : CRM, Tech Stack, Automation, etc.

CRM Adoption / Customization Tool integration / optimization Data Mgmt and Reporting Database Hygiene Operations ( Keeping the lights on – items that are constant) : Training, Onboarding, Regular Deliverables Sales Training Onboarding Content Mgmt (owned by marketing, but within Sharepoint that likely needs more oversight) Ad Hoc Reporting Maintaining process adherence Who You Are: 5-10+ years experience working in sales or revenue operations preferably at a B2B SaaS company Experience performance managing and growing a team of direct reports Experience interacting with and influencing team members across the organization and up and down the ranks Familiarity with the SaaS business model, including structures for sales funnels, territory planning, quota/attainment reporting, and workflow Expert in Salesforce with proficiency in other critical pieces of the sales and marketing operations stack, e.g.

Hubspot, Gong, Outreach Excellent executive-level communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Experience designing sales compensation plans and building scalable processes to accelerate revenue growth Why Crexi?
