Summary
Purpose of the Role:
As the Director of Product Management at mPulse , you will be a highly business minded individual who has a technical understanding to lead technical teams in agile environments.

You will be responsible for leading and empowering a team of Product Managers who are driving initiatives from inception to execution.

You will work directly with leaders across our organization, including executives and stakeholders.

Ultimately, you and your team will be responsible for the growth and opportunities for our products in the market.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and build a shared product vision and strategy with all business stakeholders
  • Spend time with customers to better understand their needs and pain points
  • Understands and monitors KPIs and OKRs to support data-driven decisions influencing product and feature development
  • Work with leadership and stakeholders on roadmap planning and prioritization of backlog
  • Build roadmaps for internal and external customers
  • Verify problems to be solved for the department and specify what measurement of success would be for the team
  • Test and monitor new product improvements and features to ensure they meet requirements and improve products
  • Quantitatively and qualitatively research to gather data to support and prioritize effective and innovative product enhancements and/or new products
  • Ideate and launch new products and features, while effectively guiding a team of product managers.
  • Lead monthly product reviews as well as quarterly planning sessions.

Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

  • 6
    – 8 years of experience in Product Management
  • Deep understanding of product management best practices in agile environments
  • Experience building roadmaps and guiding teams of product managers
  • Experience leading product reviews, quarterly planning sessions and ideation of new products

Minimum Experience:

  • 6 years of experience i n a product director/manager role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive cross-department alignment to the overall strategy
  • Experience in growing product management teams, mentoring & coaching
  • Experience in a healthcare environment , understanding and knowledge of healthcare
