What you’ll do:

Planning & Management
Develop annual/quarterly/monthly plan clearly defining KPIs and metrics for success Lead team on execution of strategic objectives and brand across all platforms Craft long-term strategy for Tappan to support future growth projects Direct Marketing team by hiring, training and mentoring direct reports Manage Marketing P&L ensuring projects are tracking to budget and vendors are paid on-time
Social Media
Direct social strategy and messaging framework, focusing on acquisition, retention and engagement Outreach to partners, influencers, etc.

to leverage opportunities for earned media

Partnerships
Ideate and outreach to partners and participants Oversee partner communications with guest curators, collector profiles, sweepstakes, brands, etc.

CRM
Determine strategic framework for A/B testing to consistently test and optimize content, copy, etc.

Oversee asset management and assignment of all emails and texts that go out per week Refresh and invigorate to keep content fresh Approve all content before deployment

PR
Manage external relationships with PR firm Develop relationships with media Share launches and upcoming partnerships with publications that align

Analysis & ROI
Analyze performance of all launches and media campaigns to drive recommendations for optimization Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing, LTV, and CAC Overseeing ad data and strategize weekly refresh based on performance indicators

Creative
Creative direct photographers, render artists and designers to ensure all creative is on-brand and aligns with style guide Oversee content strategy across all platforms including social, paid media, website, CRM and platforms as assigned

Skills
Highly organized.

Must be very comfortable and adept at a number of systems and softwares.

Ability to utilize and format presentations for clients.

Must be highly skilled at PowerPoint/Keynote.

Strong handle of excel and utilizing spreadsheets to track a large volume of information for projects.

Ability to prioritize deadlines and work across multiple projects simultaneously.
