Affiliate Marketing Manager

GLAMNETIC

This is a Full-time position in Los Angeles, CA posted May 1, 2021.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who will be tasked with building our affiliate marketing program for two portfolio brands:  Glamnetic and Insert Name Here (INH Hair). This position will work to acquire new customers and optimize repeat buyers by engaging partners to promote Company products and offerings. This position will report into the Head of Growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Company?s affiliate programs and platforms: relationships, partner recruiting, activation, and optimization 
  • Establish, build, and maintain affiliate and other performance partner relationships, existing and new
  • Lead the acquisition and implementation of new partners in an efficient, scalable, and quality manner
  • Establish clear metrics of success and ensure buy-in from key stakeholders to achieve revenue growth
  • Monitor day-to-day affiliate channel activity, analyze performance by conducting channel deep-dives, identify areas of improvement, and consistently look for ways to drive growth while achieving efficiency goals
  • Report on the performance of affiliate channels and provide insights into opportunities for growth and improvement 
  • Manage affiliate partner commission payments, contracts, and performance
  • Monitor day to day affiliate activities for fraud
  • Communicate with new and existing partners and affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities
  • Deliver against sales, traffic, and ROAS targets
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, forecast traffic, sales and ROAS achievement
  • Secure strategic content partnerships (both large and small) to grow organic traffic, populate organic search results, and contribute to a positive narrative about the Company 
  • Closely partner with various teams, internal and external, and engage directly with the Company?s affiliate network to communicate our daily offerings and develop creative assets 
  • Maintain open communication with all partners on day-to-day issues.
  • Possess expertise on industry best practices and proactively seek out continued education to remain up-to-date on trends
  • Work with the development team to ensure that affiliate platforms are set up, integrated, and tracking correctly
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of performance-driven, direct response marketing experience, including hands-on experience driving growth via affiliate marketing
  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong partnership management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data 
  • Experience with affiliate management tools or networks (Shareasale, Commission Junction, Impact, and others).
  • Proficient in GSuite and MS Office (particularly Excel and Google Sheets).
