nn nn nn nn The Position nn nnThe Director of Manufacturing Operations will inherit an operation that is well established and stable, and well positioned for revenue and profit growth.

That said, company management feels the operation could benefit from further professionalization and transformational process improvement.

This will change the company’s historical approach to operational management.

This operational improvement and the push to transform the business has created the need to recruit a Director of Operations who can bring high level leadership capabilities and experience; leading the professional transformation of the organization.

· Provide the platform and environment for the needed transformational re-alignment of the site which will pave the way for greater success in the future.

· Develop, motivate and lead a high performance team; develop and groom leadership talent and bench strength throughout the operation.

Ensure effective people management strategies are in place consistent with the company’s operating practices to encourage and reward performance, provide career opportunities and to attract and retain the right people.nn nn n nn nn
· Prime responsibility for revenue and profitability of the operation; provide overall management, leadership, vision, and direction to maximize revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.nn nn n nn nnCompensation Package is Excellent.nn
