Soothe is a two-sided marketplace matching clients with wellness providers. The Director of Growth will build and scale Soothe’s marketplace growth engine. You will create forecasts, assess performance, develop insights and marketplace management tools, execute on operational plans, and make strategic investment decisions to ensure marketplace balance and foster long-term sustainable growth for all service lines and markets. This role reports to the SVP of Operations. *What you will do:* * Build analytical frameworks to understand marketplace dynamics and performance across all markets, modalities, and service lines * Identify opportunities, develop and execute short to long-term operational plans to enable profitable growth and scale * Create forecasts encompassing long-term seasonality and growth trajectory to plan supply investment * Oversee provider acquisition investment, including channel optimization to meet future demand growth * Shape supply to match demand by developing and testing engagement tools (incentives, engagement campaigns) * Develop dynamic pricing strategy to balance local marketplaces * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale marketplace levers, deploy growth tactics, understand customer perspectives, and improve customer experience * Help define Soothe’s evolving growth strategy, including expansion opportunities * Build and lead a high performing Growth team *Who you are:* * You are an expert in using data to drive actionable insights and action * You are a long-term strategic thinker with ability to navigate ambiguity and make challenging tradeoffs * You thrive in face paced, startup environments often requiring building from scratch * You enjoy end-to-end ownership from ideation to execution and continuous improvement * You do not settle for good enough and are driven to continuously innovate * You have exceptional project management skills and are able to independently lead large, cross-functional projects * You have strong oral and written communication skills; attentive to detail *Qualifications: * * 4+ years in analytics or consulting * Proficient in SQL and business intelligence and visualization tools such as Periscope, Looker, Tableau * Experience analyzing large amounts of data, developing actionable insights, and executing on those insights * Experience at gig economy, marketplace companies preferred * B.S. in economics, applied math, statistics, engineering or other quantitative fields, M.S. preferred
