– Manage the software development team, as well as our team of SCRUM engineers in an Agile environment
– Hands-on management, helping the developers with our commercial software
– Collaborate with the entire engineering department to help improve the development lifecycle, including; platform/system and database architecture, QA process, product management, and SCRUM
– Work closely with product management to help present updates about product management to upper management, board of directors, and stakeholdersWhat You Need for this Position
– 7+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies
– Hands on leadership with excellent organization/communication skills
– Knowledge with development and deployment of multisite SaaS solutions in a cloud environment (AWS or Azure)
– Extensive experience managing a team and collaborating with other members of the company, such as: Product Managers, Stakeholders, Customers, Upper Management
– Experience on all sides of software development including; design, development, implementation, and deployment
