Key Responsibilities: This role is an individual contributor/front line selling role.

You will focus on the mid market segment of brands/sellers and fulfillment companies to drive profitable revenue to PARCLL by proactive outreach for lead generation, subsequent pipeline development, and working converted leads to opportunities through to close.

This is a hunter role, and significant drive, ambition to educate yourself and the market, and willingness to be an SME to prospects and customers is critical for your success.

You will report directly to US Head of Sales/Strategic Alliances and will be assigned quarterly revenue and closed business targets.

You will have input into marketing strategies, evolution of product/solutions, and continued build out of the business development function within PARCLL.

This is net new business/logo acquisition sales.

Required Skills: * 5+ Years selling logistics solutions, specifically small parcel B2C * Strong ability and comfort with outbound prospecting and lead generation into the eCommerce market (sellers/fulfillment providers – Director level and above) * Demonstrated ability to follow a sales process to win net new business and drive revenue growth * Top performing track record and proven expertise with lead generation by utilizing focused selling strategies * Consultative selling skills and ability to understand the challenges of customers, build appropriate solutions and articulate the value and how it addresses customer needs * Experience and comfort with onboarding/implementation processes to ensure smooth launch of new business (working with cross functional teams such as IT, operations, finance, legal etc) * Strong time management, sense of urgency and a take initiative mindset * Experience building sales and revenue plans relative to assigned targets – your roadmap to meeting and exceeding expectations * Ability to understand and leverage data in building appropriate solutions * Strong presentation skills and experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Google Meets/MS Teams etc) * Salesforce or similar CRM * Zoominfo or similar business intelligence platform knowledge Desired Skills:: * eCommerce knowledge (digital tools and platforms i.e.

Shipstation, Shopify, marketplaces etc) * API & related integration & development Other: * Some travel is required & expected – will attend periodic conferences and trade shows in addition to customer meetings where appropriate.
