This role can be remote from any state in which Bluebeam operates and reports directly to the VP, Marketing with a strong dotted line to the Sr.

As the leader of our North American Field Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating and managing integrated marketing plans that drive business growth in North America.

You will work closely with North American sales leadership, Demand Gen, Lead Development, Customer Engagement and Marketing Ops teams to develop and execute marketing plans that align to our go-to-market strategy
– including direct sales, channel sales, and webstore routes to market.

This role is key in helping to grow new direct business, nurture existing customer retention and expansion, and support reseller success in North America.

As Bluebeam’s Director, North America Field Marketing you will:
Develop and lead the execution of region-specific marketing plans, aligned to company and Marketing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Serve as the liaison between the Sr.

Director, North American Sales, direct and channel sales teams and the Marketing team at headquarters to ensure lead, conversion and retention goals for the region are met Partner with the Sr.

Director, North American Sales to create customer campaigns that generate qualified leads in key markets/territories for regional sales and provide recommendations/support for regional channel partner campaigns Manage a small but mighty team of North American Field Marketing support Measure and provide quarterly reporting on the impact of regional marketing activities on customer growth, retention and organizational objectives Possess a deep understanding of Bluebeam’s sales processes and buyer personas to work with sales teams and create marketing plans based on Bluebeam’s unique value, segment opportunity, competitive influences, market conditions, industries and specific prospect needs Work with regional sales teams to feed customer requirements, market intelligence and best practices for North America to HQ Marketing, Product Marketing and Product Management Work with Customer Engagement team to identify, recommend and manage field events including tradeshows, trainings, and conferences and accompany sales on customer office/jobsite virtual/in-person visits as necessary Advise on Partner Program requirements and improvements, including but not limited to Reseller marketing plans, Market Development Funds (MDF) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Partner with Channel Account Managers to ensure resellers are fulfilling the requirements of our partner program, executing marketing activities in support of their sales goals, and measuring the effectiveness of their marketing activities as expected Oversee Channel MDF strategy and effectiveness Work with Product Marketing and Demand Gen to ensure marketing and campaign messaging and collateral best fit regional needs Assist in the development and management of regional customer reference cases Liaise on customer interactions including reference cases, event participation, speakership opportunities, content development and user groups Influence internal technology and process optimization based on regional marketing needs and requirements Ensure that field marketing tactics all provide a consistent, on-brand message and integrated customer experience
The skills and experience of the ideal candidate:
You have 7-10+ years experience planning marketing campaigns and events (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment).

Bonus points for architecture/engineering/construction (AEC), account or project management experience.

You’re an experienced marketer who loves the idea of working closely with direct sales and resellers to help grow business.

You’re a strategic thinker driven by desired outcomes, can develop effective strategies for how to achieve organizational goals and feel personally invested in helping the team succeed.

You enjoy managing and developing humble, hungry and smart team players and have demonstrated strong team building and management experience.

You can demonstrate success in building and executing integrated campaigns leveraging multiple channels to reach a target segment.

You have been part of taking an established product to a new market as well as taking new products to an established market.

You’ve worked in a software or tech company, and enjoy working with new technologies and platforms.

Knowledge of the design and building industry is a major bonus.

You’re a people-person, equally comfortable with face-to-face or phone/video conversations.

You know how to develop positive, effective relationships and are comfortable communicating at all levels within an organization.

You’re proactive, not shy about going after new opportunities and take ownership of projects.

You have experience working in a global organization and dealing with different time zones.

You’re a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent project and program management skills.

You’re okay with up to 20% travel, with occasional trips to our headquarters in Pasadena, California.

You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or other related subjects.

You are proficient in common Office applications and Salesforce.

Bonus points for Asana, PowerBI, Confluence and other marketing platforms.
