Robert Half Legal Consulting Solutions (LCS) is seeking a Director
– LCS Consulting Practice.
The position reports to the Managing Director of LCS.
ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for client satisfaction and as leaders on a portfolio or engagements, Directors ensure that each project is performed to our standards of quality and meets the needs of the client.
Directors ensure that each client project closes with the client satisfied with our service and the quality of our work, maximizing the opportunity for further work with that client.
Directors are very focused on developing business opportunities in the marketplace and are considered trusted advisors by clients.
Directors are valuable leaders within our organization and within the business community and are recognized internally and externally for their technical expertise.
REQUIRED GENERAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
•Professional Services Consulting experience
•Proven Business and Relationship Development skills in Consulting
•Established local network (in employee’s base location) / considered a trusted advisor within this network
•Prior leadership direct supervisory experience in a team environment
•Comfortable with dealing with ambiguity
•Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
•Must work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
•Demonstrated excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
•Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills
•Must have ability to multi-task
•Excellent project management skills
•Excellent client relationship skills
•Excellent time management skills

•Ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs
Job Requirements:
REQUIRED EDUCATION / INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or Business Related Field) required.
• 8+ years in consulting, government, assurance services, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
• Professional certification in Project Management strongly preferred.
o E.g.
PMP, CMP, CompTIA Project+
REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Secondary emphasis on Visio.
• Technical abilities in data analysis / visualization tools (Tableu, PowerBi, etc.)
• Experience and understanding of relational database tools
• Experience and understanding of eDiscovery tools
ABILITY TO TRAVEL
• Not required during Public Health Emergency.
Approximately 20 to 50% annually otherwise.
