To further this mission, we’re looking for a marketing leader, with experience sitting at the intersection of growth, brand and operations, to oversee integrated marketing strategy & operations for B2B at DoorDash.

You will think about the business like a GM, propel cross-functional projects like a product manager, and understand how to speak to our customers like an experienced marketer.

We’re looking for someone with experience setting and hitting goals, managing complex marketing campaigns, and communicating with executive leadership and partners.

You will paint a long-term vision one moment, and transition to diving into the weeds across performance marketing, analytics, product, operations and creative the next.

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will… Oversee strategic planning (includes annual and quarterly) and coordinate execution of major B2B marketing programs to accelerate merchant selection, retention and production adoption on DoorDash.

Be the lynchpin between marketing teams (Growth, Brand, CRM, Product Marketing), sales strategy and operations, product, finance, analytics and other departments to build a holistic and integrated B2B marketing strategy/plan.

Manage internal communications of final B2B integrated marketing vision, strategy, performance and opportunities to executives and leads across the organization.

Work to support new products and expansion opportunities, including new categories, new business models, and internationalization and localization, through advocating and unlocking marketing resourcing and budgets.

Track B2B marketing performance metrics across departments, reporting progress out to the team and senior leaders from brand health to acquisition, retention and production adoption, identifying risks and to leadership and building mitigation strategies in partnership with marketing teams and leads.

Work with operations and finance teams to set the right goals and measurements with the team, and work with marketing partners and operators to create integrated plans to achieve these goals.

Build frameworks for budgeting, campaign tracking, and goal forecasting.

Partner with Marketing leadership to build and achieve investment asks, and planning and headcount deliverables.

You Have We’re excited about you because… 7 years experience in marketing (at least 2 years with B2B focus), preferably with diverse experience across performance, brand and integrated marketing 3 years of direct management experience or experience managing large teams with dotted line reporting structures 2 years or more in consulting, operations/GM role, strategy development, or finance Bachelor’s degree Experience organizing information in a high level way to communicate points to partners and team members.

Project management experience, including building campaign calendars/trackers, setting DRIs, and following up to hit deadlines.

Deep experience managing towards, and balancing, brand and performance-oriented goals to achieve company-level P&L outcomes.

Experience working with data and balancing quantitative measurement.

Excel skills (can perform complex functions) and basic SQL understanding Experience distilling complex marketing strategies and programs into a clear vision and story to create education and visibility with senior leaders across the company Experience managing complex projects without making mistakes or missing deadlines, and you build teams that analyze results at the most granular level A quantitative nature
