Manager, Production (Real Estate & Enviromental)

nnThe Production Manager (environmental branding) will work closely with a variety of worldwide creative leaders to implement and produce creative material as aligned per creative strategy.

This role will be responsible for partnering with creative leadership, and, or stakeholders to execute on brand materials for Herbalife Nutrition global audiences.nn nnThe Production Manager is responsible for producing deliverables on marketing and environmental branding projects, including real estate branding solutions and experiences, presentations, style guides, photography, design production, and marketing events.

The Manager will play a supporting role in establishing and maintaining workflow and processes in order to strengthen the WWCS Studio’s offerings.nn nnThis role will handle production of the work of internal and external design service providers.

In turn will be accountable for ongoing collaboration with key partners including; Worldwide Creative leadership and Marketing cross functional partners.nn nnThis position will report to the Director, WW Creative Services, Studionn nnHow you would contribute:nn nnProduce creative adaptations and fabrications for the brand across a variety of cross departmental projects.Primary focus on delivery channels, including real estate, branding, and events.Manage resources to ensure visual branded content is aligned with the creative vision from the WWCS Creative Leadership team, and, or Marketing partners ensuring the materials are engaging and visually addresses strategy, meets the requirements of the creative brief, brand consistency and reflects the company’s brand philosophy.Proactive in providing recommendations, specifications and fabrications for creative.

Provide technical input and advice on all related projects and detailed print plus digital specifications to vendors.Work with the Project Management team to ensure timely and accurate workflow, proofreading and policy requirements in asset development.Mediate and lead plan with stakeholders.Mediate team consensus and direct feedback with key stakeholders prior to and during the entire lifecycle of the creative development process, flagging opportunity for efficiencies and delivering projects to the approved scope and brief.Manage changes in project scope, such as addendums, by negotiating budget and timelines while mediating stakeholder feedback.

Lead cross-functional collaboration while presenting solutions to meet required deliverables by agency.Manage multiple projects at once with key stakeholders, while aligning and delivering creative vision with department leads.Create and own project plans and timelines, working collaboratively across departments to understand project objectives, requirements, dependencies, and resources required.

Provide stewardship throughout the process to ensure all objectives are met and the project is delivered on time.

Create production timetables in coordination with Project Management and outside vendors who are handling fulfillment for all assigned work.Lead kickoff calls and weekly project update calls with stakeholders to manage visibility, budget, timing and expectations.Responsible for all aspects of quality control on assigned print projects.Handle vendor bidding and selection.

Identify state-of-the-art vendors and fulfillment resources.

Provide accurate estimating and buying of printed and or digital materials.Approve billing from vendors for requested materials.Manage fabrication projects from production through manufacturing.Manage workflow on Herbalife’s digital signage program to curate and deploy content working across the enterprise with existing channel partners, while serving as the POC for the WW creative group.

Must be able to scale the program to newly created Herbalife properties or remodels to incorporate and elevate brand standards.Facilitate and/or help manage photo shoots, as well as ensure contracting with external resources are effectively managed in compliance with Herbalife policies and regulatory requirements.Manage internal and external production resources, evaluate staff project allocation and performance, and advise the Director, Studio WWCS to ensure proper resourcing.Support internal process improvements, identify areas of improvement, and develop best practices to ensure maximum team productivity.Perform additional duties as assignednn nnSupervisory responsibilities:nn nnNone currently but may have 1-2 direct reports in the future.nn nnSkills and background required to be successful:nn nnStrong production and creative adaptation abilities for both business and creative designAbility to multitask, set appropriate priorities and continuously meet deadlines in a demanding, fast paced environmentEffectively prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and follow a trafficking/review/approval process (as required).Must have high attention to detail and very strong time management skills.Must be able to read construction blueprints, CAD, SketchupFluency in Milestone planning and project status tracking are a must.Strong customer and results orientationExtremely detail oriented with an eye for designIndividual and team orientationProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite of design and production applicationsKnowledge in working with jpg, pdf, tiff, QuickTime files and converting/compressing to correct specs to schedule content via the back-end management toolWillingness to keep up with technology solutions and latest hardware technologies related to the digital signage implementation strategy, including, but not limited to video walls, etc.Thorough understanding of conventional and digital print techniquesMust be proficient with MS Office Suite especially Teams and ExcelMust have the ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity through to completionIntimate understanding of the print production process as it relates to vendor managementBe comfortable working within a collaborative creative team framework.Superior negotiating and client-facing diplomacy skillsnn nnExperience:nn nn7 years of experience in a creative and design environment-advertising/ event/ experiential agencies, or corporate creative services departmentExperience hands-on design experience (including digital content, video, interactive, marketing programs and promotions)4 years producing creative at a management roleExperience managing multiple projects and communications with multiple stakeholders and business groupsExperience in packaging, print, digital, environmental design, motion graphics, 3d formats, interactive, photography, and art directionnn nnEducation:nn nnBachelor’s degree in a related field preferrednn
