ROLE SUMMARY: The Director of Hero Analytics owns the vision for the evolution, integration, simplification and enhancement of our commercial reporting platform.

Additionally, they set the strategy to enable the commercial organization to adopt the platform with executional support from the enablement manager on their team.

Our team is at the forefront of Anheuser-Busch’s commercial strategy working closely with the senior leaders of our organization and key external stakeholders to bring the best framework for informed decision making to all levels of the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Works directly with all Commercial Leadership & their teams, as well as BeerTech to further evolve AB’s internal performance reporting platform Is responsible for the commercial capabilities strategy and roadmap, and defines development priorities across these processes Work with BeerTech Product owners and Scrum leads to set MVP expectations and clear acceptance criteria Identify dependencies between other teams or data, to help support the company’s initiative of creating more comprehensive view of performance reporting Lead Change Management via Enablement Training all levels of the organization on new developments & metrics via LinkedIn learning, Zoom & In person roadshows.

Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and accountability for metrics and result JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how decisions impact bottom line performance Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity to desired outcomes, work with large datasets, and distill analyses into relevant insights with a structured and systematic thought process Clear communicator who can story-tell with data Advance Excel skills & experience developing dashboards and working with business intelligence/data visualization tools, PowerBI skills preferred Experience in consulting, accounting, technology, CPG, liquor, or accounting industry experience preferred Beer/alcohol industry knowledge preferred Why Anheuser-Busch?
