Why You’ll Love This Role
We are seeking a Director, FP&A and Investor Relations to work in collaboration with Controller, CEO, leadership and operational departments to lead business planning and budgeting. Manage forecasting process. Prepare financial result analyses and plans to create analytical insights. Support fundraising activities, including debt refinancing and equity solicitations. Manage company capital structure. Perform ad hoc waterfall analyses and scenario modeling. Manage investor and debt holder data rooms. Requires up to 10% travel within Los Angeles region, up to 5% travel to other states (domestic). Remote work within Los Angeles metro area permitted.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Management or related, plus 2 years of experience as Finance/Investment Analyst or related position.
Demonstrated experience with: working with investor and capital markets communities, Cap Table management, option grants, waterfall analysis, investor relations, financial modeling, debt and equity financing, developing financial and information control practices, and valuations.
