​Director, Enterprise Business Systems

The Director Enterprise Business Systems directs the HRIS team in the implementation, operation and maintenance of all HR systems and the integration with other enterprise systems and applications.

Working closely with Human Resources, this person will manage project governance, develop the strategic roadmap and implement its objectives as they relate to processes, HR systems and applications.

This strategic role continually evaluates technology that enables Employee Services and core support divisions to maximize operational efficiencies and ultimately delight our workforce.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the Product Governance process to drive project and enhancement priorities and align with resource supply to deliver quality solutions.
  • Work closely with HR Leadership to develop and align the HRIS Roadmap to HR strategic
  • Ensure that project/department goals are met and are within the approved budget and Additionally, work with executive management to define the department budget and manage it throughout the year.
  • Create and manage HRIS project plans to support strategies and department/business goals.

    Roll-up and report on plan progress.

  • Manage HRIS operations team in project implementations, enhancements of current processes, and daily tasks.
  • Work with supporting departments (e.g.

    Finance & Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Digital Services) to ensure quality system integration across the Enterprise.

  • Partner with IT in the implementation of key solutions championed by HR and HRIS.
  • Coach and mentor staff to ensure personal development and create potential opportunity for

Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):  

6-8 years Related work experience
– Experience architecting or managing the design of integrated enterprise systems preferred, Experience with ERP or HRIS systems operation management, implementations and integration with enterprise systems, Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching high performance work teams, Experience working in highly matrixed organizations is preferred
