Reporting to the Vice President, Digital & Ecommerce, you as the Director will manage the Anastasia Beverly Hills website platform and paid media.
You will help to continuously develop ecommerce as a key strategic channel and be responsible for meeting or exceeding top line revenue and profit goals.
Your portfolio will include proven experience growing ecommerce businesses and customer acquisition / retention through skilled management of internal and external teams.
With your expertise and leadership added to our dynamic team, we will grow brand awareness and secure Anastasia Beverly Hills position as a leader in Luxury Beauty.
Essential Job Functions:
Website Planning and Strategy
- Refine growth strategy through development and optimization of key strategic objectives .
- Define content marketing goals for the website and lead in execution of digital assets to drive site traffic and on-site conversion.
- E nhance merchandising and user experience to increase conversion and AOV.
- Utilize analytics and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities .
- E stablish , manag e and report on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, AOV and other KPI ’s .
Vendors, Partners, and Team
- Manage all outside web development partners: manage budgets, set goals, monitor and report on performance, manage timelines and prioritization, develop and manage web development/marketing calendar and report on updates regularly to management.
- Manage paid social/search agency, optimizing approach for CPO, AOV, and conv ersion .
- Coordinate with Customer Relations Director on customer feedback and inform of upcoming site changes
- Manage Ecommerce Manager, who is responsible for promotional calendar, email, SMS, and website promotions
- Coordinate with Digital Creative Director on design projects for ad campaigns and the website (including landing pages, homepage assets and paid media ).
- Coordinate internally with Finance and Retail on product launches and promotions.
- Communicate strategy and direction to management and the marketing team as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Ecommerce experience
- 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience
- Previous ecommerce management experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods preferred.
- You’re savvy with industry trends and analyze the competitor landscape.
- Experience with customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience managing P&L and line of business.
- You’ve got an eye for optimization through detailed analysis for on-site conversions.
- Experience managing outside agency relationships.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
