JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for leading strategy and execution of enterprise-wide marketing campaigns and promotions for all top sector lines. Key responsibilities inculdes strategic planning, development of actionable roadmaps across all market sectors and driving the implementation of those plans. Works closely with creative strategy (brand), product marketing, and all other marketing teams. Requires frequent interaction with senior leadership across marketing and operations and cross functional teams.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance internal and external customer experience.
- Develop forward looking marketing strategies; including macro trends, and lead the development of internal and external marketing, sales collateral and resources for all market sectors.
- Help position our company and our sellers as consumer experts both locally and nationally.
- Lead work with outside agencies and in-house agency Kernel to develop, coordinate and implement enterprise-wide marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Partner with Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing teams, and Research teams to design marketing strategies and tactics for client acquisition.
- Manages a team responsible for helping activate strategic plans and manages marketing budget.
- Perform other duties as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Experience in developing integrated campaigns for the following sales enablement purposes; and brand marketing
- Extensive experience developing multi-channel marketing creative
- Ability to analyze, interpret data, and continually evolve all market sector strategies based on key learnings
- Strong leadership capabilities that allow one to have extensive impact and influence in a collaborative fashion
- Ability to focus on overall strategy of all market sectors
- Strong team, relationship building skills and mentoring skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively, and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. Microsoft word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of multi-screen products and services
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and procedures
- Ability to develop personnel and foster team environment
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Master’s degree in related area of study preferred
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Advertising & Marketing experience
- Experience partnering with creative ad agencies to develop creative that delivers outstanding results
- Multi-screen creative development and production
- Marketing project management experience
- Multi-screen experience preferred
