Someone who can help our clients set and realize their vision through an agile and iterative data and analytics strategy, leveraging cross-industry best practices.

You will help our clients with assessments and quantifying value associated with their current and future analytical investments.

You will help them shape their operating model and corresponding talent strategy to enable data and analytics.

You ensure that the strategy is actionable by aligning it with a companys corporate strategy and translating complex data and analytics needs into plain English for our clients.

The work: Benchmark client data and analytics capabilities against leading practices.

Identify client pain points and opportunities Understand client industry landscape in the context of economic social trends Define client vision, strategy, and high-level plan to transform their data and analytic capabilities Prioritize projects, analyze investments, and strategically sequence them for execution Manage strategy and roadmap development, socialization, and implementation Shape, design, and implement analytical operating models and organizational structure Ensure the right talent strategy is in place to develop and sustain the organizations talent Foster sponsorship for & establish data and organizational governance processes Define an approach to enable insight-driven decisions Develop a means to measure the outcomes and capture lessons learned throughout the clients analytical journey Partner with clients to make bold decisions intersecting business and digital technology operations Heres what you need: 5 years of experience working across the data supply chain, from source to consumption to insights 3 years knowledge of cloud and analytic operating models 3 years of leading cross-functional teams, working in a consulting capacity, and juggling multiple projects Bachelors degree in business analytics, engineering, organizational leadership, and / or equivalent, advanced quantitative degree or MBA preferred Bonus points if: Equivalent degree in quantitative field such as economics, statistics, computer science, mathematics, marketing, or operations analysis Prior experience in driving insights using visualization and analytics tools You are a gifted communicator and presenter You know your way around ML and AI technical architecture You have led or worked in an analytics organization (ex.

CDO or CAO) Travel For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880
