Digital Solutions Marketing Manager
– Medicare

The Digital Solutions Team in the Medicare Marketing Group is hiring a Digital Solutions Marketing Manager.

He/she will directly support the Member Engagement team to execute using technology to make their strategies come to life.

This individual contributor will serve as an account manager for this marketing strategy team, developing, building and tracking campaigns, and managing data requests.

(This role can work remotely based from any US Anthem office)

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides strategic counsel on digital best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals.

Builds detailed digital marketing project plans.

Serves as a trusted advisor and digital execution expert to the internal marketing teams and internal business stakeholders.

Serves as a single point of contact on digital marketing issues and resolution.

Coordinates the development and review of digital communication materials with appropriate resources.

Partners with other areas of marketing in support of marketing goals.

Develop requirements, data grids, and segmentation strategy through the efficient handling of complex data sets.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Managed care experience preferred.

For URAC accredited areas the following applies: Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

Highly preferred experience:

-Digital Marketing tactical knowledge to include e-mail/SMS, paid social, search, display and native advertising, health care portals

-Technology stack: Adobe Suite and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
