Paladin is looking for a Digital Project Manager with 3 years’ experience planning, managing and executing a range of high-level, digital projects for our client located in Phoenix, AZ and Portland, OR area.
As the Digital Project Manager, you will guide every phase of project development across multiple departments which requires being well-versed in the many areas of digital including talking tech with developers, and user flow with UX architects.
If you’re a strategic thinker who can transform creative requests and cost estimates into actionable project plans, timelines, and budgets, we want to talk to you RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate the work of multiple teams across locations and time zones to ensure that critical milestones are on track and all deadlines are met.
Understand details of a project along with the assumptions and risks involved to create detailed scopes of work and estimates.
Explain the intricacies of a project in easily understandable terms for clients and team members.
Manage traditional projects like print, broadcast, and out-of-home.
Balance client expectations and project deadlines with Agency resources REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field of study 3 years of experience managing multiple digital projects simultaneously in an agency setting Well versed in both traditional and digital marketing including websites, wireframes, sitemaps, emails, banner ads, out of home, television/radio production and social media campaigns.
Strong project management abilities and communication skills to clearly set expectations across multiple departments and teams Experienced in all aspects of digital and traditional advertising Technical/software experience required: Mac (Keynote), WordPress, Umbraco, Google Analytics, AdVantage, Basecamp, Teamwork.
