About This Opportunity Responsibilities: The Digital team at 7-Eleven is reimagining how consumers view convenience, and our Research & Development team is exploring and testing out these new innovations.

As a Product Manager, you’ll lead development of new experiences that will not only transform the business, but will shape our digital future.

Product managers will define product strategy, develop, launch, and enhance products and services that drive our business forward.

Youll work closely with our technology team to define product requirements and coordinate resources from key stakeholders.

You’ll also be responsible for identifying and tracking KPIs as you build these amazing experiences.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual, comfortable with ambiguity, with a passion for innovation, user experience and professional experience building impactful and meaningful customer experiences.

Responsibilities of a Product Manager include: Translate business goals and end user needs into product strategy; communicate direction and product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and third-party partners Design, manage, and execute on R&D products identified and identify goals / analytics to determine product value as part of pilot / testing Monitor research as well as the competitive landscape to recommend the best solutions and identify new future opportunities for innovation Ensure that product directions balance both the user needs and business goals of driving sales, improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction Lead & facilitate in-person research
– formulate, test and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing to gain deep customer understanding Conduct Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals to promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of product and roadmap Turn customer insights into actionable strategies and priorities Test and iterate in quick small-scale pilots to validate concepts, refine them to achieve product-market fit, and then transition to business for scaling Manages cross functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy and provides education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience Fosters collaboration with team members (Engineering, UX, etc.) to drive value and identify and resolve impediments Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, story writing, project execution, A/B testing, and product roll-out strategy Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree.

2-3 years of experience in digital product management.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

MBA or Masters degree.

2-3 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

1-2 years of experience in Agile product management.
