We are seeking a Digital Marketing powerhouse with B2B experience in Google, Account-Based Marketing and Social Platforms to design and execute highly effective marketing campaigns across PPC, Digital Display, Social and Video channels.
Responsibilities
• Design and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive maximum engagement across SEO, Paid Search, Digital Display, ABM, Social, and Video.
• Work closely with the Content Manager, Marketing Automation Manager, Website Manager and Graphic Designer to launch high-frequency B2B marketing campaigns that will generate leads.
• Schedule, launch, monitor and measure coordinated multi-channel campaigns focused on targeted accounts and Buying Group Personas.
• Manage the relationship with Google, ABM, Social and Video platforms in the marketing tech stack.
• De-construct competitive best practices in digital marketing from leading brands.
• Leverage A/B Testing to ensure design decisions are data and market driven.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or Information Technology
• 7+ years of successful B2B digital marketing campaign management including ABM
• Extensive experience with all digital channels including SEO, PPC, Digital Display, social and video
• Certified in Google Analytics
• Certified in Demandbase or similar ABM platform
• Certified in Sales Force Marketing Cloud or similar platform
• Experience with sales/marketing tools (Pardot, Hootsuite, Vidyard, Adroll, Instapage, Linkedin (Navigator ideal) and CRM software required (Salesforce ideal).
• Experience with a B2B technology or business process outsourcing company a plus
• Performance mindset and results-driven marketer
• Self-starter able to work autonomously while managing a high volume of campaigns
• Great attention to detail and deadline driven
• Flexible individual who thrives and has fun in a dynamic, supportive, fast-paced environment
• Contributes to team success in a collaborative environment
• Capable of both giving and receiving constructive feedback
