Our mission is to inspire human connection and build belonging.We are as fanatical about supporting the communities we serve as we are about excellent quality and hospitality, and our aim is to build the most human centered hospitality company in the World.About the JobThe Digital Marketing Manager at Go Get Em Tiger is responsible for managing all owned marketing channels, digital growth tools, marketing communication platforms, and agencies directing traffic and revenue to our website and shops. They will work closely with our retail and e-commerce teams to ensure that we are driving traffic to our channels, with a focus on the products and initiatives most important to the brand. Success in this role requires a growth mindset, comfort with new and evolving software products, curiosity for digital marketing tactics, and an obsession for our customers’ needs and experience.The right person for the job loves to build creative, exciting campaigns, then eagerly pours over customer behavior and revenue data to drive new insights and optimize their work. They love coffee, food, and community-building, and they are constantly thinking of compelling ways to deliver value to the customer while working to deliver company goals.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the VP of Digital on the development of a strategic Digital Marketing plan, then execute it.Leverage site data and analytics to develop customer segmentation and insights, optimize the overall web experience, consistently analyze, measure, and provide actionable plans to achieve business goals.Oversee the optimization of marketing automation platforms with a specific focus on Email, SMS, Content, and social media marketing.Manage and deploy content for all email, SMS, blog, social messaging in collaboration with the brand copywriter, content and social agencies, the product and coffee team, and the CEO.Work with the digital and technology teams to develop new digital marketing tools and programs, defining products and features needed to reach customer and revenue goals.Work with the E-Commerce General Manager to manage the website user experience and journey, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.Work with the Retail team to highlight activations, events, new product drops, and promotional activity.Collaborate on integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates and overall order size across channels.Continuously drive revenue growth by applying a clear understanding of the brand, customer, and industry trends to our online partner sites, merchandising, content, and business strategiesPlay a key role in our go-to-market strategy and maintain a close relationship with the Brand and Product teams, to support the launch of new products, and improvements on existing products.
