Digital Marketing Manager

Are you an entrepreneur at heart with advanced digital marketing skills?

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute paid digital media campaigns, manage existing client accounts, and drive new business opportunities.

This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and a strong ability to work autonomously.

The position will begin as a hybrid position (in-office and remote work), but has the potential to transition to fully remote if that is preferred.

Candidate must be based in the Chicago area.

Responsibilities: Strong ability to execute across all stages of campaign life-cycle
– Ideation to execution of paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

This includes campaign set up, bidding, pacing and campaign optimizations, and reporting.

(familiarity with running ads on Twitter, LinkedIn and other Social platforms is considered a plus) Keen ability to translate data into comprehensive, insightful narratives for clients and stakeholders Extensive knowledge in tagging, pixel tracking, CRM integration, attribution, dashboard development – including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to meet client goals and KPI’s Identify trends and insights to fuel innovative growth strategies Collaborate with internal team and inspire continuous learning within the digital marketing space Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and environmental climates — capitalizing on new and exciting opportunities when presented Ideal candidates will have: 3-5 years of advertising/marketing agency or in-house experience Minimum of 2 years experience in paid digital ad platforms (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads) Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field Experience in higher education and e-commerce (Shopify) is preferred Google Ads Certification Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact High level organization
– able to manage shifting deadlines and prioritize effectively Adaptability — comfortable with change and excellent at navigating and working within a variety of team dynamics
