The HemoCue America Diabetes Product Manager will lead all aspects of developing, driving, and implementing marketing strategy for our diabetes portfolio, namely our glucose product offering, as well as future new product development launches.

The successful candidate will own the development of related sales tools, including but not limited to clinical messaging and marketing materials, while working closely with sales teams and across the organization to gather market insights and deliver on impactful market data.

Will also responsible for crafting sales training materials and being the product training subject matter authority.The Diabetes Program Manager reports to the Marketing Director and can be remotely located anywhere within the continental United States if a strong collaborative working relationship can be established and maintained with not only the marketing team, but with other cross-functional teams and global partners across multiple geographies and time zones.

Major Responsibilities+ Act as the Glucose product landscape specialist and customer Learning Management System (LMS) education lead+ Develop and successfully execute customer nurturing and product campaigns that drive product adoption and awareness+ Ability to capture data, including VoC to interpret and identify market trends and perform competitive analysis related to diabetes+ Work in close collaboration with HemoCue headquarters in Sweden for sales tools and messagingRequired Education, Experience & Skills+ Bachelor’s of Art or Bachelor’s of Science+ Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar biotech field+ Experience developing and managing clinician marketing materials and campaigns+ Technologically-savvy, including digital marketing, social media, and software programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.Desired Experience & Skills+ Advanced degree+ Clinician experience+ Knowledge of the diabetes landscape+ Previous experience working with distributors+ Prior experience with marketing automation and sales enablement platforms (e.g.

Marketo, Pardot, Seismic, Salesforce, etc.) Travel (required estimated % of time)+ Approximately 10-20% This position provides the opportunity to develop personal and professional skills by supporting leading-edge diagnostic equipment to best-in-class medical entities.
