The Director of Catering Sales will mentor and coach the team of catering sales associates to drive bookings and increase profitability.
The Director of Catering Sales will be responsible for associate and guest satisfaction across the Patina Restaurantgroup and building last relationships with customers to achieve the catering sales objectives of the business.ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain an effective organizational structure and sales standards for negotiated contract sales.Direct the planning and implementation of the catering sales program with all designated catering sales associates.Assist in the yearly individual operating location revenue plan process with specific tasks related to catering sales planning.Lead and develop catering sales associates and support the revenue management operating procedures.Understand market trends and identify areas that can assist with the development of growth strategies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or equivalent subject required.Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience at a senior level.Minimum of 7 years general sales experience required.Who We AreAt Delaware North, you’ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
