Dedicated Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Dedicated Marketing Manager’s sole focus is to provide oversight and specialized marketing skills to generate performance-driven results for an assigned Client portfolio.

This position requires a dynamic take-charge individual, who operates well at an elevated level!

GENERAL DUTIES & EXPECTATIONS
Review and execute marketing budget strategy.
Track expense deltas based on advertising spend shifts and deliver recommendations.
Create and execute Reputation and Customer Experience Initiatives.
Review CRM engagement and deliver recommendations with applicable groups on a weekly basis.
Troubleshoot struggling assets and recommend marketing-related solutions on a weekly basis based on trending occupancy.
Provide support for third party pilot roll outs and assist product transitions.
Quality Assurance for website and ILS accuracy including current specials, photos and descriptions.

This includes review and management of Lighthouse scores and ADA compliance.
Management of third party marketing vendors.
Project Management for Marketing Department Initiatives, with participation in all calls meeting deliverable deadline consistently.
Communicate project workflow to the Executives on a weekly basis with a prepared agenda to include strategy for priority properties.
Participate in regional occupancy support initiative and deliver timely notice to properties, order shops, co host Monthly marketing webinar and track work flow.
