CynergisTek: Regional Sales Director

*Applicants must submit a formal resume to be considered for this position*SUMMARY: CynergisTek is expanding the sales team and is looking for a Regional Director that is responsible for identifying potential business and clients, researching industry needs, and contributing to a sales team in the development of long-term relationships with our customers.

We are looking for a strategic and charismatic individual with proven sales experience in the healthcare industry.

Utilizing a keen knowledge of the industry and your exemplary sales skills, the Director will expand and maintain a leading role in providing information security and compliance consulting to an industry whose mission is care and who needs strong, qualified partners to help accomplish their goals wile demonstrating compliance with government regulatory concerns.RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with an inside sales counterpart to execute campaigns, prospect, and qualify leads.Identify, qualify, and convert qualified leads and opportunities in the target region.Facilitate prospect and client communications within the company.Maintain all records, contact information, opportunities, and activities in the company CRM system in the target region.Maintain competitive intelligence on industry competitors.Create awareness of CynergisTek through roundtables, networking, conferences, social media, and other methods working in tandem with the marketing director.Provide input in the development of new products and services for CynergisTek to better serve the industry.Develop region specific account plans, quotas, and targets (collaboratively with the executive team) and exceed them.Educate operations staff on industry-specific requirements, needs, and company performance in these industries.Participate with other regional sales directors on national account coordination teams.Facilitate working relationships with senior decision makers in each target account.Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional service orientation.Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.QUALIFICATIONS: Experience selling consulting and consulting services.Senior executive relationships development.Experience performing and operating in an all Macintosh environment is preferred.Experience with a broad array of compliance frameworksBachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum 5 years experience in a direct (outside) sales roleDemonstrated history of sales successStrong Interpersonal skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsExperience in the healthcare industryAbility to set and manage priorities judiciouslyAbility to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly mannerExceptionally self-motivated and directed.CynergisTek is a leading provider of information security consulting and compliance solutions.
