Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager!

This individual will work alongside our inside sales team to promote on-going success for our client base.

Along with supporting our product sales process, this role is aimed at being the front line of defense for product customer support.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.

This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.

Must have a “can-do” attitude above anything else.

This person will will be joining an upbeat Rockstar team, and will play an essential role for our product’s success.

Responsibilities

· Own overall relationship with assigned clients

· Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients

· Will be front line of defense for inbound customer support issues.

This will include inquiries coming in from social media, questions from our website’s support pages, direct call ins, emails, etc.

· Aid clients in achieving their goals

· Help with onboarding new clients with sales team

· Work with sales team on supporting sales efforts

· Coordinating client support issues with internal team to create case by case solutions

· Updating product FAQ’s over time

· Working with internal team on special projects that aim to reach departmental goals.

· Updating account records on our inhouse CRM + Customer support platform

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, graduate degree desirable but not required.

· 3-5 years experience in client support & account management.

· 2+ years experience working in sales or with sales teams

· Experience in customer success, account management, customer support

· Experience with managing customer support tickets/cases preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Detail oriented and analytical

· Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction

· Must have a strong “can-do” attitude to troubleshoot & overcome client issues

· Proficient in Microsoft suite, emailing, web conferencing tools

Location
– West Los Angles (Westwood, CA).

Due to Covid-19, this role will by a hybrid mix of in-office/remote M-F until further notice.

Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 Base salary (Based on experience) + uncapped commissions on nurtured sales.

This role is also open to bonus eligibility based on departmental goals.

Pay: $60,000.00
– $80,000.00 per year
