About this role:

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager/Customer Experience.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Leverage career experience and iRhythm tools to optimize customer engagement and outcomes of partnership
  • Work with iRhythm area sales leadership and cross-functional team members such as EHR
    Integration Managers, Revenue Cycle Billing Managers, Clinical Operations and Customer Service to address account specific questions and concerns for full Zio adoption
  • Partner with key stakeholders and decision makers within large IDNs to align on goals and
    success metrics of their cardiac arrhythmia programs, identify challenges with current cardiac
    monitoring program, and recommend solutions that help IDNs accomplish goals associated with
    the detection and management of cardiac arrhythmias
  • Identify opportunities for unique partnerships/collaborations with sophisticated health systems looking to develop care pathways, white papers, and case studies that highlight best practices in ambulatory cardiac monitoring
  • Provide coaching and subject matter expertise to field team on drivers of behavior change within health systems and how iRhythm can align offerings to catalyze change within accounts 
  • Build and utilize the necessary infrastructure to scale such as creating tools used in field training curriculum (e.g.

    virtual play, workflow and stakeholder maps and clinical care pathway tool), to help sales representatives better understand and deliver on what matters most to large health system customers

  • Partner with Sales Representatives to improve sales productivity by creating standard operating procedures to be scaled across the growing salesforce
  • Work closely with Sr.

    Mangers to develop clear forward-looking product
    integration strategies and opportunities for systems-selling within the iRhythm product and service lines

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred: a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree
  • 1+ years in device or clinical sales, performance improvement, leadership within healthcare or clinical degree
  • Clinical background and/or significant experience working with large health systems in a consultative capacity preferred; performance improvement and/or population health experience preferred; leadership within healthcare or clinical degree
  • Ability to lead across teams with strong teamwork and collaboration; ability to quickly build trust with sales partners, cross-functional partners, and customers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly analyze data to glean insights impactful to making recommendations to both sales partners and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and strong performance during times of ambiguity and complexity
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and experience in cardiology preferred
