Due to rapid growth, StartEngine is hiring a Creative Lead to manage the content strategy for companies on the StartEngine platform. The Creative Lead will first work with pre-launch companies to build their campaign pages, which will serve as the primary resource and destination for learning about the company and their fundraising efforts. The Lead will also assist with developing other written and design assets to support marketing efforts once the page is launched.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage entire campaign page building process for a variety of clients across many industries
  • Manage team of contract copywriters, designers, and other creative resources (videographers, photographers, animators, etc)
  • Manage the creation of assets for digital advertising, including images, gifs, videos, landing pages, and ad copy
  • Edit copy and refine designs for campaign pages
  • Set overall creative direction for campaigns
  • Provide ongoing input on improvements to campaign page flow and interface
  • Monitor analytics and KPIs for campaign pages

Requirements

  • Project management experience for creative and/or content marketing
  • Experience managing a team of creative resources
  • Ability to juggle a diverse list of clients in various stages of the project lifecycle
  • Copywriting, graphic design, and editing acumen
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma & Webflow a plus
  • Investor-facing marketing experience a plus
  • Understanding of startups and fundraising process a plus
