Division Overview:

CBS All Access / Paramount+ is a fast-growing streaming platform, offering services across web, mobile, and OTT devices.

When All Access was launched, CBS became the first broadcast company to create a paid service without partnering with a paid cable provider.

In short, we broke new ground in the industry by providing robust, interactive services with unprecedented access to local content.

Role Details:

Our team is looking for a Content Operations Manager to process and program content on web pages and mobile platforms for the CBS broadcast network’s shows!

The role will coordinate with multiple departments within CBS Interactive to requisition needed content and update the show pages with the latest data, videos, design assets including video clips, full episode videos, and show images.

Our ideal candidate is a process oriented individual with a serious attention to detail.

Your Day-to-Day:

Manage a team of Content Operations Coordinators Handle content updates to video pages across platforms Curate changes to show art across devices Perform daily content QA tasks Be available to check high-profile content during evening launch periods Coordinate across departments to secure assets and approvals as needed Program marketing related homepage and showpage curation Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Key Projects:
Responsible for US and international curation for our streaming services Manage curation involve in the launch of new hardware platforms and redesigns


What you bring to the team:

You have

BS/BA Degree 5+ years experience building and programming content in a CMS 3+ years experience performing Quality Assurance duties Proven knowledge working with web, mobile, and OTT devices Experience as a people manager
