JOB SUMMARY: As a member of STIIIZY’s Technology Group, this role will be responsible for the management and ongoing successful system administration of the Odoo platform of ERP, Sales, OMS, and Inventory Management applications.

This role will primarily support the planning and future ERP applications while being a part of a team who serve as project lead, partnering with the business, and other areas within Technology, to be the go-to-system support for the Odoo end-user community.

This role is also responsible for identifying ways to make processes more efficient, offering continuous improvement recommendations, developing, and delivering system enhancements, and providing training to the finance and accounting teams.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Exceptional people leadership and managerial skills are required Must be able to utilize appropriate interpersonal styles and methods in guiding individuals Ability to inspire, motivate and lead direct reports, contractors, managed services, and consultants to accomplish objectives DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, develop and grow a strong applications team with a strong servant-leadership philosophy.

Team members will be onsite, remote, and offshore.

Actively participate in modern technology implementations partnering with internal and external resources Provide insights and strategic thought around best practices and future state of Odoo platform of applications Ensure maintenance of data integration, schedules and mapping including leveraging finance and systems knowledge to identify issues and recommend solutions Lead and manage the testing of financial systems to execute features, integration, and reporting, including serving as the lead for functional and user testing efforts Lead efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes using technology solutions to gain efficiencies and reduce manual effort of stakeholders Provide hands-on, ongoing end-user support to ensure that Odoo is operating efficiently Cross-functional collaboration and communication to quickly understand, troubleshoot, find root cause, and resolve system issues for Odoo end users Lead, manage and execute system enhancements, including risk assessment, project planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, documentation, user support and training, and on-going application maintenance Lead global finance projects focused on driving best practices and consistency throughout the finance applications ecosystem Partner with key business stakeholders and multi-departments to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of transformation Collaborate with the business on systems-related projects including the initial implementation, future upgrades/enhancements and day-to-day maintenance and configuration on Odoo solutions Other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Experience managing people and leading a team A self-starter and leader who will help guide the way to a modernized systems landscape A proven track record of inspiring and managing a talented group of professionals and taking interest in individuals’ career development paths A strong collaborator, who is eager to create a positive environment to work well with others and bring multiple stakeholders together to accomplish approved initiatives A facilitator of constructive conversations, who values diverse perspectives and promotes critical thinking to ensure ideas are shared and valued Ability to influence decisions and provide day-to-day tactical support Expert knowledge of finance system administration Well versed in various project management methodologies and execution in complex IT projects Takes personal responsibility to improve processes and systems Ability to conceptualize, formulate, and succinctly convey complex solutions to a wide audience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience in communicating with executive level management in a clear, concise, easy to understand manner Excellent documentation skills using Microsoft Office, Visio or LucidChart, Smartsheets Demonstrated innovation and creativity, considers different approaches to issue resolution Excellent relationship building skills, able to build trust with stakeholders Demonstrated track record of process improvement and desire to implement best practices Works well in a highly dynamic paced environment and handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy Must have high degree of accuracy, results-oriented, highly accountable Adaptable, flexible in a changing environment, comfortable with ambiguity EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience Degree or certifications in systems administration a plus MBA or CPA preferred but not required 8 years of people leadership, specifically leading an applications team within the Oracle EPM space 10 years of combined Accounting/Finance and Financial Systems experience with at least 5 years of experience administering of ERP, CRM, OMS, and Inventory Management applications, Experience in managing large application transformation and implementation projects with multiple stakeholders and teams Experience integrating a wide variety of finance adjacent applications to the EPM system – e.g., Banks, ERP, HRIS, etc.

Strong understanding of, and practical experience with, EPM Automate, Cloud Data Management and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Expert knowledge of business processes that are aided by the applications within Oracle EPM Experience building business cases and tracking business benefits for application implementation initiatives.

Experience developing reporting, analytics, and dashboards Strong troubleshooting skills to monitor and manage data file feeds (inbound and outbound) Experience in developing and communicating IT Applications vision and roadmap that aligns with IT and business strategy Solid understanding of multi-currency general ledger, data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional), extract, transform, load (ETL) processes and reporting systems Problem solving ability with a strong technical aptitude to perform root cause analysis Involvement in a global enterprise project, including building business requirements documentation and leading design, testing, training, and implementation phases.
