We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Communications team.
This position will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Communications.
The ideal candidate is a creative and experienced writer who understands the impact content has in driving awareness and education across the market.
They excel in fast-paced environments and have experience in the B2B technology and logistics industry.
Responsibilities: Create and manage the content calendar and activation of content campaigns; measure performance across channels Write a variety of content—long-form blogs (1200 words), research reports, and white papers; including promotional/supporting assets Review and edit content produced by other team members and departments for brand consistency Work cross-functionally with the Marketing team to deeply understand customers and how the FLEXE Programs solve their challenges to inform new content topics and articles Collaborate with other Marketing teams to repurpose content for use by Commercial teams Support contributed and sponsored content creation, as needed Help with Event and Conference messaging and materials, as needed Skills and experience: A strong and versatile portfolio demonstrating experience writing a variety of B2B tech and/or logistics content Experience managing and executing content calendars, content campaigns and promotion, as well as content performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated attention to detail Ability to analyze content metrics across platforms and optimize strategy to improve performance Requirements: 7 years of Content Marketing and/or Marketing writing experience 3 years of Content Marketing experience (or similar) in the logistics industry and/or B2B technology Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience Must be authorized to work in the US; we are not currently sponsoring visas
