The hiring manager is eager to begin resume reviews and setting up potential interviews.

What types of projects will they be working on during the assignment, Direct the management and implementation of multiple large and complex projects?

MGR: The IT Team who we do work with is in Spain, so there are multiple time zones, different culture, etc.

The project started over 10 years ago, of course with multiple phases, but it is a complex large project of software development.

Is there a specific systems experience the candidates should have?

MGR: The project is an in-house developed software.

We do need experience in development of software, not in implement configurable systems such as ERPs (so no system experience is needed).

Can you be more specific about, A broad knowledge of plasma industry practices?

MGR: The software is a BECS used to collect plasma at the Donor Centers.

Knowledge on the plasma industry best practices and regulations might be convenient.

Would any other software experience be relevant if candidates dont have BECS?

MGR: We are really interested in software development, so I suggest prioritize these to configurable packages.

What type of validation experience is needed?

MGR: We are talking here about a good understanding of the process of medical device validation activities.

Duties: You will be responsible for managing a cross functional team to define, plan, and implement projects as assigned by their direct level supervisor.

Direct the implementation of multiple large and complex projects through the notification to their direct level manager with any project risks that may affect timelines, cost, resources, etc.

Work with Project Management Specialists to develop timelines, generate project budgets, track tasks, communicate updates to the field, etc.

Asses skills, knowledge, and abilities of candidates to make effective hiring decisions and identify developmental needs.

Excellent understanding of multiple lines of business, and previous exposure or experience with multiple departments Provide leadership, direction and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development.

Maintain and update weekly/monthly reports on all projects and operational vendor support items.

Prepare ad hoc reports as required.

Develop and teach classes pertaining to Project Management.

Develop and present presentations to corporate and field representatives as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications: A broad knowledge of plasma industry practices is required.

2 Years of Plasma industry experience strongly preferred.

5 years of previous experience leading projects across functional areas Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience The Given Qualifications: MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) Ability to speak, read, & write proficiently in English.

Must have effective phone and interpersonal communication skills.

Must work well across departments and in a team environment.

Ability to present information in front of groups and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to manage work to completion through others.

Ability to adapt and manage on-going changes.

Occupational Demands: Employee may be required to travel 30% of the time.

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, talk and hear.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
