Responsibilities
- Help maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
- Serve on leadership committees.
- Meet with local community leaders and non-profits to forge strategic partnerships.
- Participate in annual budgeting process.
- Grow current programs.
- Develop strategic plans for Karma Rescue to be perceived as an integral part of the community.
- Serve as co-chair on the education committee.
- Actively participate in team calls.
- Serve as liaison with key vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience in program management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
