– ONSITE/HYBRID (May turn into hybrid after training period) Description:  Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee moral  Collaboratively Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success  Ensure the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization’s brand, including white papers, website copy, and more  Write and deliver internal newsletter on a monthly basis  Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign’s level of success  Develop and promote a clear brand message  Prepare blog posts, social media posts, articles and marketing and sales collateral  Create emails, digital links, landing and splash pages to assist in direct marketing efforts  Prepare and edit newsletters, emails and other internal communications as assigned  Review and ensure quality of marketing distribution lists, create lists as needed  Design and edit graphics for print or web as needed  Coordinate the production of video content for website, technical training materials, promotional items, etc.
Collaborate with department subject matter experts to develop relevant, meaningful content for website Assist with Town Hall planning and campaigns Who we are looking for: 5 years prior experience working in a marketing or communications role Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications content for campaigns Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines Must be able to think analytically and strategically Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines Familiarity or experience working with CRM software is an asset
