CNC Operations Manager Opportunity
Position Summary:
The CNC Supervisor will have a demand for safety, production, quality, equipment reliability, and efficiency with improvement in mind.
This CNC Supervisor skill set should include:
- Manage inventory and have sufficient material to meet production schedules
- Study production schedules and estimate worker requirements for completion with efficiency and on time
- Establish production schedules based on priority and materials
Demonstrating leadership skills as a CNC Department Supervisor using methods including workflow, layout, assembly, and production equipment. With a team player mentality to motivate, address, and compromise. Using these skills to problems solving with attention to detail. A CNC Supervisor will implement lean Six Sigma programs for benchmark safety.
