Client Development Manager

We are working on behalf of Fisher Phillips to recruit a California-based Client Development Manager to support the firm?s highly active California Litigation practice and firmwide Data Privacy practice.

The newly created role will report to the firm?s Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer and work closely with the practice chairs to develop formal business development plans and strategies; develop and track annual budgets; identify and aid attorneys in developing strong client and prospective client relationships; and conduct client targeting research. The Client Development Manager will be part of an expanding marketing and business development team and regularly collaborate with the California regional team on key initiatives for the practices.

To be considered, a bachelor?s degree, is required; an advanced degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field of law is a plus. Candidates must possess at least ten years of experience in marketing, business development, preferably in a law firm or other professional services organization.
