About the Role

As a member of the IT Change Management and Adoption team at Splunk, you will develop and lead change programs to ensure we realize successful outcomes on our key programs.

In this role, you will lead change management of a program, project, or capability area within our portfolio to support large scale IT Solutions initiatives. You will also be accountable for crafting and managing dynamic change and enablement programs, acting as a trusted advisor to our business partners, and working to ensure program adoption goals are met. We are looking for a fun, hardworking, and creative Change Manager that possesses broad knowledge and expertise in change management and organizational behavior frameworks, communication strategies, adoption tracking, enablement practices, execution capabilities, and training design.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Craft and implement organizational change frameworks (process, tools and techniques) to drive the people-side of change.
  • Develop change strategies, tactics, and roadmaps to ensure adoption of key programs and services.
  • Lead the development of a communications framework, strategy, and operating rhythm for communicating with all internal partners.
  • Perform and evaluate change readiness assessments and impact analysis by persona.
  • Identity and evaluate potential change resistance and develop/implement mitigation tactics.
  • Develop partner engagement plans, including handling feedback loops to identify gaps and introduce plans to address and mitigate issues.
  • Develop approaches and strategies for training and leading the enablement plan and delivery
  • Assist in the IT evolution into an organization that delivers in a dynamic Lean-Agile environment.
  • Partner closely with IT delivery teams and portfolio/project management to ensure tight interlock with planning and execution phases.
  • Define adoption success metrics for the change before the program starts and measure against post the program ends.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • 8+years experience and understanding of applying change management methodologies, processes, and tools to build and implement change plans to drive employee adoption.
  • 8+ years of communications experience; able to develop persona based communications plan and execution.
  • Excellent written communications and presentation development; able to build copy for a variety of vehicles including: email, web, training materials, and collateral. .
  • Hands-on project experience in the areas of communications, enablement, and training
  • Strong ability to measure adoption to report on change management progress, future planning, and success.
  • Ability to lead partner interlocks and engagements with effective communications
  • Project and Program management experience
  • Good problem solving, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
  • A critical thinker who can be a great teammate and collaborative
  • Experience driving agile adoption (Agile certifications a plus!)

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Post-graduate or professional degrees /MBA or Master’s degree a plus
