Requisition Number: 33867 Job Title: CAREER SVC SPEC 2 Working Title: Career Services Manager Salary: 21.07-48.47 Job Type: Career Department Name: 0300-ANDERSON GRAD SCH OF MANAGEMENT Department Website URL: Job Summary Statement: Under the general supervision of the Director of Career Services, the Career Services Manager assumes the following primary responsibilities for the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) Program:(1) work with the Director, Career Services to provide high quality results in Career Services support.(2) Serve as primary management support to the Career Services and Business development aspects of the MSBA program.(3) Assist with design, creation and maintenance of program web site and social media websites;(4) Co-Manage with Finance & Operations Manager student workers and incoming email and phone requests of the program(5) This position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a high level of computer competency in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint (bonus: graphic design, html).(6) fostering collegial relationships with MSBA recruiters, applicants, students, faculty, administrators, employers, and external partners and vendors.(7) This position requires external client management skills and business development or professional sales experience.

Percentage of Time: 100 Shift Start: 8:00 am Shift End: 5:00 pm Qualifications for Position23 Records Qualifications Required/PreferredComputer skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis in word (creation of forms & tables, signs, labels) and excel (formulas, database function, spreadsheets, data sorts, mail merges, etc.).

Experience with html web site design and maintenance; ability to use Dreamweaver software.RequiredSkill in communicating clearly and diplomatically to interact effectively with all Anderson, UCLA and outside constituents using proper English grammar.RequiredAbility to lead teams and to be a team member to manage, collaborate, and execute small and large-scale projects and events.RequiredExcellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with corporate executives, professional students, faculty, administrators and persons of various socio-economic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
