As Campaign & Content Manager, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns and assets for MomentFeed.

You will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to help execute strategic marketing programs. 

The ideal candidate is an independent self starter who thrives on creativity, organization, and collaboration.

This role offers a marketer the unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of marketing – marketing communications, product marketing, demand gen, and customer marketing. 

  • Oversee day-to-day management of social campaigns, ensuring they are on message and on brand

  • Manage all operational aspects of marketing campaigns including project management, timelines, asset/content development and budget tracking

  • Help manage projects and relationships with external writers, designers, and creative agencies

  • Manage and optimize content and campaigns in Hubspot, Gainsight, website CMS, and organic social media

  • Assist in the content and creative QA process and coordinate approvals, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, consistent in terms of quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search – for flawless campaign execution 

  • Help team develop presentations, collateral and newsletter content

  • Ensure on-time delivery of campaigns by managing project dashboards, timelines and project status in Asana

  • Support marketing process improvements to drive increased efficiencies and ease of doing business with both internal and external shareholders

  • Work with your manager to set clear attainable project objectives, build and gather requirements from internal stakeholders, and manage the constraints, including budget, timeline, scope, quality, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications, creative services, or general marketing

  • Demonstrated project management experience is necessary

  • Experience working in a B2B/SaaS technology based organization (preferred) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or comparable field

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Experience with working in project management systems (Asana), marketing automation (Hubspot), social media platforms (Hootsuite and GaggleAmp), website CMS platforms (WordPress / Craft), and customer marketing platforms (Gainsight) related to content and campaign setup a plus

  • Experience driving production and delivery of marketing assets and social content

  • Detail and solution-oriented with strong project management and writing/editing skills

  • Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • An excellent listener and collaborator

  • Exemplary team player able to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders with a wide range of personality types

  • Focused and driven to excellence at the accomplishment of all tasks
