Your new Project Lead role
Your Role as a Project Lead will be to manage project teams working with your client to influence working culture, design business operating models and processes focused on human centered design. You will work with your client to solve their business problems primarily using agile ways of working to reach their outcome on budget on time.
In this role, you would have ample opportunities to demonstrate your:
Experience in Agile and/or coaching and/or Management consulting
Business development activities including writing proposals
Consulting mindset, including structured thinking, results-oriented, and a relentless drive for impact
Highly skilled problem-solving abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong interest and passion for coaching
Exceptional people-oriented approach to work to influence outcomes
Curiosity for a range of industries and customer centric approach to deliver business value
Comfort with traveling away from your home city, at times, to be present at your clients workplace
